Early Easter for me was limited to Easter Cakes, curd Easter and eggs, but now I'm accustomed to the proper celebration of our Orthodox holidays, and I understand that this set doesn't end there. Today Ukrainian Easter bread.

Cooking
In one glass of warm water to dissolve dry yeast. Leave to stand for 10 minutes, then mix well.
Milk bring to the boil, dissolve the sugar in it.
In hot milk add the butter, wait for the dissolution of the oil, cool.
Eggs to drive to the yeast mixture, mix well.
In yeast mixture, pour in sweet milk with butter, add the vegetable oil. Mix well.
Add the flour one Cup. Maybe you will spend more flour 0.5 cups. In the end, the dough should be soft and not stick to the fingers. If you are an experienced cook yeast dough and you don't really respond well to prepare the dough it is better to leave it a little bit sticking to your fingers better than to overdo it with the flour.
To shift the dough in a large bowl greased with vegetable oil, cover with towel and leave to rise in a warm place for 1.5 - 2 hours.
Punch down the dough, sort the shapes, the dough should occupy half the capacity of the form.
Bake at 180 gr. 30 minutes or until Golden brown.
