Onion pancakes
They say that on the Pancake week in the house should smell of pancakes every day... good luck... and Today I come to you with fragrant pancakes that are ideal for salty fish and caviar.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Water

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Onion chopped, add to the pot, add 1 tbsp oil and 4 tbsp water. Stew 5 minutes, then blend.

Knead the dough, add the onion puree.

Season with salt and pepper. The dough was not very liquid. These pancakes are conveniently oven in a special crepe maker or a large frying pan, pouring the batter in the center and then quickly "stretching" it to the desired thickness and shape.
