Cupcake with raisins and candied fruit
Tender, crisp, very fragrant cupcake with a Cup of morning coffee.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Rum

    150 ml

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Cherry

    100 g

  • Candied

    150 g

Cooking

Soak raisins in rum for 8 hours.

Butter to soften at room temperature, mix with sugar very well. Not stopping to whisk, add the eggs one by one

Preheat the oven to 250 *C In a greased form put the dough and flatten it. Reduce the temperature to 180* C and bake the cake for 1 hour.
