Carrot-fruit cakes
Small round cakes, in shape and texture reminiscent of our "Potatoes". Very sweet but without a gram of white or brown sugar – only sweetness of dried fruit. All products contained in these cakes is very good for the heart.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cards

    150 g

  • Walnuts

    250 g

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Mandarin

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.25 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

    50 g

Ingredients.

1. Carrots grate on a coarse grater, peel the Mandarin into small.

2. Dates are roughly chopped.

3. Nuts chopped.

4. Put all the cake ingredients (except coconut) in blender and scroll.

5. Gradually add in the scrollable blend oil.

6. With wet hands shape the mixture in small balls (I get about 20 pieces), lay them on the laid parchment baking sheet and put into the refrigerator for a few hours.
