Delicate curd cake with cherries
Tender, juicy, with a characteristic sour cherry... Well, very tasty...

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Cheese

    900 g

  • Salt

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Cherry

    600 g

  • Potato starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    375 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Pudding vanilla

    1 pack

  • Cream

    200 ml

Cooking

The cherries mix with starch and 100 g of sugar.

Mix the ingredients for the dough and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes, wrapped in foil.

Beat with a mixer cheese for the filling with 1 Cup of sugar, gradually pour in the milk and add the vanilla pudding.

Separately whip the cream with 3 tbsp sugar and gently stir in the cottage cheese.

Form grease with oil (better to do a split, but if like me, you have to cut a cake in the form). Roll the dough a little more shape and put into a form.

On top of the dough berries.

Over the berries pour Touraine mixture (it is very liquid).

Bake in a preheated 170 degree oven for about an hour. The middle will wobble a little. Allow to cool completely (preferably overnight in fridge). Then it will be good to cut and piece will hold the shape.
