Cake
Delicious sponge cake, easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    0.75 cup

  • Vanilla

  • Salt

  • Cocoa powder

    3 tsp

  • Coffee natural

    1 tsp

Cooking

Separate the yolks from the whites.

Margarine to mix with sugar.

Add the egg yolks and beat until smooth.

To the sifted flour add salt and baking powder, vanillin.

Then add the whipped mass beaten egg whites and mix thoroughly.

Pour in the milk. Mix well.

Divide the mass into 2 parts, one of which add cocoa and coffee (optional).

Then on parchment paper, put layers of white and brown mass. Slightly mix the layers to light traces were on the dark and Vice versa.

Bake for 1 hour at 180-200 C.

Hot cake cut into desired shapes, leave to cool slightly. However, do not have time to cool down, eat faster :)
