Cottage cheese dessert
Delicious cottage cheese and cream dessert with kiwi slices. Can be eaten as a separate dish or use as a layer for the cake. And if you put in some time in the freezer, you get an unusual ice cream – a wonderful treat for kids and adults!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Kiwi

    3 piece

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Gelatin

    30 g

  • Almonds

    20 g

Cooking

Kiwi clean. Soak gelatine in cold boiled water.

In a small pan put 2 pieces of kiwi, cut into cubes, add butter and sugar.

Bring to a boil. Turn off the heat.

Cheese with cream and vanilla sugar, grind in a blender, and for one well and beat until fluffy, smooth.

The remaining kiwi cut into cubes and add to cream cheese mixture.

Gelatin is heated to complete dissolution, but to boil not to bring. Otherwise, the dessert may not be frozen! Connect all products – butter-cheese mixture, gelatin and the previously cooked mass of sugar, kiwi and butter. Mix well.

The resulting mixture is spread out on kremanka and put in the refrigerator for about 3 hours or overnight.

Ready dessert decorate with slices of kiwi fruit and grated almonds. This is such a wonderful dessert!I did it!

If you put in the freezer, you get very delicious and healthy ice cream! You can eat from a bowl or to turn on a dish, previously spent on the edge of a sharp knife.
