Pate of rabbit liver with shiitake

Ingredients

  • Rabbit liver

    700 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Khmeli-suneli

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    120 g

  • Salt

  • Melted butter

Wash and peel the carrots. Cut into slices and lay out on a hot pan with a small number of CMV oil. I used melted butter. Chop the onion and add to carrots. Cover and simmer over medium heat.

Rinse the rabbit liver. Dry.

Move the vegetables and lightly fry the liver on high heat. Reduce the heat, add the Khmeli-suneli, cover and simmer until tender.

Wash shiitake in cold water.

Fry the shiitake.

Add to hepatic mass, boiled chicken breast and roasted shiitake. Pushing blender into a homogeneous mass. If you want you can break all without mushrooms, and the mushrooms to finely chop.
