Meatloaf
Meatloaf stuffed with cheese and eggs. A great hearty appetizer for the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Salt

  • Nutmeg

  • Chicken egg

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    20 ml

  • Salt

  • Cheese

    20 g

  • Green onions

Cooking

Grate the raw potatoes on a fine grater. Squeeze out the juice.

Add ground meat to the potatoes, mix well.

Add the egg, mix well.

Add salt, nutmeg and garlic, mix well.

Make a layer of the meat mass on the foil.

To connect corn starch, milk and eggs, season with salt to taste. To Sarit pancake and allow to cool.

Pancake to put on the seam, along one edge lay the cheese slices.

Twisted loaf and wrap in foil. Bake in the oven (180 degrees, about 1 hour). Cool, remove the foil and cut into slices. You can apply the roll to the table.
