Description
Fried Camembert in France - a classic of the genre! It is traditionally served with jam. Like many similar recipes wasn't on the website, I offer you my version of cooking and serving... And two! - snack and sweet. But since I haven't found the Camembert, then replaced it with other soft cheeses - neutral Caucasian Umalat salty and creamy Natura. Has turned soft melted cheese in a crispy thin crust... Mmm! The only caveat: grilled cheese - a very satisfying dish. Wonder how the French serve it for dessert. So don't prepare many for the first time. Two servings because were made of two pieces of cheese, but in my opinion, enough for 4 servings!

Cooking
Prepare the cheeses. This is for a sweet option - Caucasian Umalat
This is for snack - Nature. It will be easier if you have Camembert :) on both
Prepare two flat plates of flour and semolina (or breadcrumbs) I had 1 tbsp of crackers, I mixed with semolina...
Slightly whisk the egg in a light foam
Cut cheese Umalat slice 100g
Carefully roll in breadcrumbs, pressing with a spoon a little bit
Cheese should be evenly covered with breading
Fry on medium! the fire from all Sides :D About 30 seconds on each side
It turns out ruddy beauty!
We do the same with the second slice of cheese, and preferably both together to cook and fry at the same time (if you both options at once serves) Serves snack option with greens and tomatoes, dessert with jam
From the Caucasian Umalat get soft warm cheese, the density and composition such that the cheese has not dealt, for a sweet version I liked more so than if there was cheese inside... Pour jam and enjoy!
But Nature has a grilled cheese, which needs to be processed, rubbery, salty...
There is a dish you need at once, until the cheese is not frozen. You can, of course, reheated in micro before serving, but if you haven't cut the cheese, otherwise it will leak!
Hope you like it! Bon appetit!
