Burgers
Why not make burgers from my previous recipe of lean? Thus was born this recipe: potatoes and mushrooms. For the contest "Fast from Moulinex"

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Leeks

    0.5 coup

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Spices

Mushrooms drain and finely chop, add finely chopped green onions

Boil potatoes until tender. Drain all the water. Add 0.5 cups of flour and a little vegetable oil. For an interesting appearance I added to the yellow mass of potatoes finely chopped parsley.
