Rinse, open the lentils 10min., leaving a little water. Cook 1st.grits 2 cups water

garlic and ginger peel, chop in a blender

in a blender add lentils, 1 tablespoon of the saved water and coriander, grind to puree

add the cumin, turmeric, pepper, salt, flour, baking powder

add semolina,onions, and all mix well.
