Quiche with zucchini
Very tasty summer pie. Crispy, salty dough and sweet filling.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.25 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cream

    0.5 cup

  • Dutch cheese

    50 g

Cooking

Flour, butter, salt, baking powder and milk to mix.

Knead the dough. If the dough will be very crumble, then add another spoon of milk. Put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Zucchini (small) cut into thin circles. Parsley (you can substitute spinach) finely chopped. Grate cheese on a grater. Mix eggs with cream, salt and pepper.

The dough spread on the form, making bumpers. Pierce in several places with a fork and bake for 10 minutes.

To get the form with the dough. Place the courgettes 1m layer, sprinkle with parsley.

Pour all the egg-cream mass and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for another 20-30 minutes.
