To me, the smell of the New year - citrus flavor. This aroma of tangerines, oranges and lemons. Today I want to offer to You the lemon cookie, because the holidays are long. It turns crumbly, with a pronounced lemon flavor and aroma. And coconut really complement the taste. On our website there are several options, but I haven't found. Help yourself dear.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Coconut shavings

    90 g

  • Lemon

    2 piece

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • The food dye

Beat butter with fruit sugar from TM "Mistral" until fluffy foam. While continuing to whisk, add one egg and beat until smooth. From lemons squeeze the juice and mix with the dye, pour in mass and again beat. The flour ( save 2 tbsp.) mix with coconut, add to the mass and stir until smooth. Cover bowl with lid or film and put in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Then remove the dough, add the deferred flour mixed with soda, stir until smooth. Take spoonful of batter and roll hands balls the size of a walnut. Carefully roll each ball in powdered sugar ( better at not melting ).

Spread out on baking paper and bake in a hot oven at t=180 for about 15-20 mins until tender.

Remove from the oven, allow to cool and if necessary then sprinkle with more powdered sugar.
