Cupcake with eggnog Holiday
Pastries with egg liqueur has a unique taste, flavor, sophistication. This wonderful cupcake dedicate to my friend Sveta (korig), whose Birthday is today! And you, dear cooks, invited to the table to partake of this unforgettable dessert with a glass of magic egg liqueur...

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Powdered sugar

    275 g

  • Vegetable oil

    150 ml

  • Liqueur

    170 ml

  • Corn starch

    75 g

  • Flour

    75 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    30 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Almonds

3 beat the eggs with vanilla sugar. Gradually add 150 g of powdered sugar. Beat until thick 5 minutes.

Into the egg mixture in a thin stream add the vegetable oil and 150 ml of egg liqueur. Beat until smooth.

Flour, starch and baking powder mix, sift and add to the batter. Beat with a mixer until smooth.

Add to the dough 30g chocolate drops. Stir.

Cake pan - 30 cm in length, volume of 1 liter, lubricating oil and sprinkle with ground almonds.

The oven pre heat to 175°. Fill in test form and put in oven. Bake for 75 minutes.

After allotted time, take out the cake from the oven and allow to cool a little in shape. Then turn on the grill and remove the form. I did not really nice, but the appearance in the future, and the taste is not affected.

125 g icing sugar mix with 1 tbsp lemon juice, add 2 tbsp of egg liqueur. Gently cover frosting the entire surface of the cupcake. Decorate with whole kernels of almond.
