Proteins vzbit in a solid foam with a pinch of salt, add to dough and stir gently.
step-6
Add olives and pour the batter into a greased and floured round form.
step-7
The oven heated to 180*C and bake pie for 30-45 minutes, the readiness check with a wooden toothpick. The whole family pie unanimously approved, even my husband picked out the olives. ;) The most interesting in this dish - enjoy. Our brain is programmed already, the olives salty, and subconsciously we are trying to find salt in the stuffing and are surprised when it's not there. tip: flowers refresh the composition, but are not always available. Note the bunches of artificial flowers in floral shops. They look natural and are always at hand. I have these several different shades.
