Description

Aspic with eggs and liver
A simple dish, and includes a minimum of products. The dish is nutritious and filling.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Broth

    1 cup

  • Gelatin

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Parsley

  • Black pepper

Beautiful leaves of parsley laid on the bottom of the filler. The form can be any plate, but preferably oblong.

Boiled liver cut into small pieces. Boiled eggs cut into slices. Spread the layers of eggs and liver, and alternating between them. Stacked layers at an angle.

Mix warm broth with gelatin. Then add the soy sauce and black pepper.

Pour the broth into shape. Put in refrigerator for freezing. Before serving, omit the form for a few seconds in hot water and flip onto a plate. Put on a few minutes in the refrigerator, and then you can bring to the table.
