Cake
Again, a simple recipe and turns out very tender and delicious cake with coconut. Something I recently pulled on the coconut... ???? Baked biscuit and is not a cake, and cut into pieces, soaked with cream and wakes up chips. And get cakes!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    125 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    125 ml

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Chocolate milk

    50 g

  • Coconut shavings

    120 g

Cooking

Eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar beat with a mixer until the volume increases 2.5-3 times the whitening.

Add butter and milk. Mix well.

Add the sifted flour with the baking powder and mix well the dough.

Pour in shape, covered with baking paper. Better in rectangular or square. I was distracted, rushed and used a round, but it's nothing, just bits would be smoother.

Sent in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes. Then take out and allow the cake to cool.

Meantime, prepare the cream. In a bowl put all the ingredients for the cream, put on fire and heat up in order to get a homogeneous mass. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.

After cake has cooled, cut it into pieces.

Take one piece, dip it in the cream, a little keep, that is well soaked and then dip them in coconut flakes. And so it comes with all the pieces.

Cake can be eaten immediately.
