Cooking
Millet pour cold water and cook until absorbed the water, 15-20 minutes. 5 minutes before end of cooking pour in the milk and cook stirring constantly.
In hot cereal, add the butter, mix thoroughly and allow to cool a little.
In the cooled porridge add the egg, sugar. Stir. The basis for cakes ready.
In silicone molds, put about half a tablespoon of porridge and distribute it in the mold, forming the basket. I strongly recommend to use a silicone form, so that later it was easier to pull out baskets. Remove them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Pear clean from the skin and cut into small cubes. Pour into a saucepan, add sugar and put on medium heat.
When the pears give juice zest of an orange (I have orange peel dry), vanilla sugar and cardamom. Proverjaem another 5-7 minutes.
Take out the tarts from the oven, fill with pear slices
On top decorate with meringue. For meringue beat until resistant peaks of the whites with citric acid and powdered sugar.
Return tarts to the oven for 10-15 minutes until Browning meringue. The cooled tarts out of the forms and served to the table!
