Apple-cheese souffle
Tender souffle of curds and Apple, which is baked in a pot.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

  • Vanilla

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Combine cottage cheese with sour cream.

The egg to separate into yolk and white. To the cream cheese add the egg yolk and stir.

Add cane sugar to taste. Add semolina, vanilla to taste and stir.

Apple peel and cut into small cubes. Apples sprinkle with cane sugar.

Put in a pot the entire cheese mass.

Pour all the apples.

Proteins whisk with sugar until thick state. Cover the apples on top of protein mass.

Decorate with the walnuts. Put in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. During this time the apples should be soft, and the protein layer to acquire a brown color. It is served warm. Bon appetit!
