Pudding-cake with gooseberries
Simple in execution, very tasty and tender pudding-cake. And what else is needed for good baking.

Ingredients

  • Gooseberry

    500 g

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Brown sugar

    200 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    2 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

Gooseberries wash and dry. Put in a greased form. Sprinkle top with sugar.

For the test, all products ROOM!!! temperature, mix into a uniform batter. It should be slightly watery. Pour berries on top and bake at t= 180 for about 25 - 30 minutes. the Top should be baked.
