Corn glebchik with light spice
This glebchik exceeded all my expectations! Not quite like the ordinary bread, but rather on the cake. With yogurt aroma and a light-a light spicy-peppery aftertaste.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Corn flour

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

    0.66 cup

  • Yogurt

    0.333 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

Cooking

Lay ingredients in a baking dish according to the instructions for your HP. For Moulinex the following sequence: water, yogurt, salt, honey, dry milk, butter. Then sieve the flour, add some pepper and yeast.
