Cooking
Beat the egg, add yogurt, sour cream, salt to taste and whisk a little.
Add semolina, stir and leave for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the filling.
Finely chop pineapple, greens finely chop, cheese grate on a coarse grater.
In the dough add the flour, soda and stir.
Add the soy sauce. Stir. The dough is ready.
In the dough put pineapple and cheese, mix well.
Fill the molds dough and put in preheated oven. Bake until Golden brown.
