Pate of white beans with garlic and prunes
Very tender with an unusual taste. Good pate as an appetizer and as a separate dish. Just perfect in post.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Prunes

    1 handful

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

Cooking

Beans (white Mistral) to soak for at least 4 hours. Boil until tender.

Prepare the products. Prunes, if dry, then soak in water. Garlic peel, parsley chopped from Lyon to squeeze 1 tsp.juice.

All products: beans, lemon juice, garlic, prunes, parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper polularity in the bowl of a blender and punching until smooth. Taste, if that tone hvaaet the report and again to break through.

Ready pie to lay out on a dish and decorate as desired.
