Meat pumps
Delicious in hot and cold, portioned meat pumps, perfect for a picnic. To cook they of course have the house, but enough for a couple of minutes to put on the grate of the grill and a hearty hot dish is ready!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    700 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Dutch cheese

    70 g

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Baton

    2 slice

  • Sauce-marinade

    2 Tbsp

  • Nutmeg

    2 pinch

Cooking

These are the basic ingredients. Onions finely cut and fry in vegetable oil with addition of 1 tbsp. sauce-marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman". Mushrooms thaw and fry it, grate cheese on a grater.

Add in minced onion, 2 slices soaked in milk white bread and 1 tbsp. sauce-marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman".

To form the stuffing of the boat and lay them on a baking sheet.

1 tbsp flour fry in a pan in 1 tbsp butter. Continuously stirring the mixture, gradually pour in 300 ml milk and add grated cheese. Cook until thick. Season the sauce with salt and nutmeg.
