Propose mousse recipe with any fresh berries, no-bake, and thus retains all the benefits and the taste of summer berries and fruits that will soon be on our table. But yet, I used frozen blackcurrants and got in 15 minutes a lovely refreshing dessert for the family - hearty and healthy! Try it - it's very fast and does not hard at all!

Cooking
Prepare the required products.
Make couscous according to package instructions, in a ratio of 1:2, about 5 minutes. The cous-cous will increase in volume 2 times. I love this cereal for its speed of cooking!!
Fold in a deep bowl: peeled and chopped banana (best to take very ripe!), blackcurrants (if frozen, it can not thaw).
Add the sugar and couscous.
Carefully whisk in a blender for 5-7 minutes to obtain a lush homogeneous mass.
Sort kremanku, decorate with dried cherries or other candied fruit, grated rind and sliced lemon, and to invite everyone to a dessert with a delicate, silky texture which has made with crumbly couscous kusu and bananas, shaded by fragrant black currant acidity and bright citrus freshness of lemon zest!
