Description
Delicate chocolates with a creamy taste and chocolate inside! This yummy dessert I want to dedicate the Tick (galinka1705).

Cooking
Measure out the desired amount of gelatin and
fill it with cold boiled water. Stir and leave for 30 minutes.
A couple of times to stop because of the water we have little in this amount of gelatin. But for this recipe don't need to.
Swollen gelatin to heat it to dissolve completely (do not boil!).
Pour in the jelly liquid cream and stir.
Add the sugar and stir, until the sugar dissolves completely. And it is better to add sugar before pouring the cream.
To make chocolate drops and
1/3 of a chocolate bar divided into portioned squares. I have little tins, I had them cut in half.
Pour into smaller molds creamy mass and
put on top of the drop of the chocolate, gently pressing them to the desired depth. They will not sink and will not float, will remain at the level at which you got them.
In other forms of (more) pour 1/3 of the creamy mass. Put on top of a rectangle of chocolate (with toppings will be prettier and tastier).
Pour the chocolate (so that it is coated by 0.5-1cm) mass of jelly and spread some more chocolate.
Again pour the cream, but to top form.
Leave to harden for 30-60 minutes. Small tins I froze for 20 minutes, more in 40 minutes. Can at night.
