Sauerkraut
Dear Cooks, I want to share with You the recipe of pickled cabbage. Cabbage is prepared quickly and it turns out fragrant, crispy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    1.4 kg

  • Carrots

    300 g

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Dill

  • Water

Grate the carrot on a coarse grater...

Cabbage shinkuem and vegetables stacked in three-liter jar-layers of... Cabbage.

Occasionally sprinkle the vegetables with the fennel seeds... they give the cabbage a terrific flavor.

The result is we have here's the jar!!!

Then add in a jar 2 tbsp salt...

And pour cold water! Leave warm (in the kitchen)2 E. days.

Then the brine is drained-do NOT POUR! Add the sugar and dissolve it in brine...

And again pour the vegetables...

Leave the jar in the warm for another day and then refrigerate!!!
