Cooking
For the dough sift flour, add salt and baking powder. Melt the butter.
Mix flour with butter, milk and sugar.
Knead the dough, cover and put into the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Eggplant wash, slice lengthwise slices, sprinkle with salt and leave for 15 minutes, then rinse.
Fry in vegetable oil for 4 minutes on each side. Pepper cut into rings and fry separately.
Lay out on a paper napkin and pepper, and eggplant to soak up excess oil.
Roll the dough on a floured surface. Form of grease with vegetable oil, put the dough, to form ledges, anoint the surface 1 tbsp oil, to make frequent nakoly plug (suggest in the journal). I just posted to the form. Bake at 200*C - 15 minutes (until almost cooked).
Garlic peel and finely chop. Olives cut into rings. Wanted to do a vegetarian pie, but when I opened the fridge, I accidentally fell of tuna! At catcher and the animal runs, and the fish falls! :-D the tuna to drain the liquid, mash it with a fork.
To get the cake out of the oven, brush the surface with ketchup. Place a layer of tuna.
On top of roasted pepper.
Spread plates of eggplant, sprinkle with garlic, black olives and green olives. Salt and pepper to taste. Return to the oven for another 7-10 minutes.
