Dip bean and roasted pepper
Very easy, tasty and healthy! Roasted red pepper with white beans and cream cheese - the perfect combination. You can eat with your favorite crackers, bread or vegetables. Or just dip your finger and directly into my mouth as I did.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    150 g

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Cream cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

I used beans from the company Mistral "Blanche". For cooking you can use any dry white beans. Pre-soak the beans for 4-8 hours (preferably overnight), then pour fresh water and cook until tender beans. When the beans is cooked, tilt it in a colander, let cool.

Pepper bake and peel off skins.

Prepare the required products.

All immersed in the bowl of a blender and blend.
