Carrot-squash muffins
Vegetable muffins are easy to prepare and can be a great addition to any barbecue. Muffins can be eaten cold, making them an indispensable side dish to nature.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Mozzarella

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    65 g

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Basil

  • Spices

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.125 tsp

Cooking

On a coarse grater three all vegetables: zucchini, carrots, onions and garlic

Add the egg. Stir.

Add hot pepper. Stir.

Add flour, starch, spices. Stir.

Add 1/2 of cheese. Stir.

Distribute the forms (to fill in). Top the remaining cheese and oregano with Basil. Put it into the preheated oven to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
