Turkey fillet in a fruity marinade with teriyaki sauce
Fruity marinade gives the meat a subtle citrus aroma and a certain piquancy. Tired of the usual barbecue.... Prepare a fruit marinade, marinade the meat in it and you will discover a completely new taste.

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    1 kg

  • Kiwi

    1 piece

  • Ginger

    1 piece

  • Pineapple

    1 can

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Sauce-marinade

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Sweet white wine

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Turkey fillet cut into small pieces.

Kiwi cleaned, coarsely chop and grind in a blender.

Ginger root peel and grate on a fine grater.

Canned pineapple drain in a colander, the liquid from under the pineapple to gather, it will need for the marinade.

With orange to remove the zest and squeeze the juice.

Kiwi, ginger, wine, syrup from under the pineapple, juice and zest of orange sauce teriyaki marinade mix in a bowl, season with salt to taste. Add pepper. To the marinade add the meat and marinade for exactly 1 hour.

While the marinated meat, the grill kindle fire.

On skewers string the meat, alternating with a slice of pineapple

Fry on the grill on the metal grill until Golden brown.
