Buzhenina (baked meat)
Our family has a small child and we try to eat home-made food, but want something tasty. Offer a recipe for home baked ham from the oven - very similar to real Smoking, but without the characteristic smell of smoke.

Ingredients

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Spices

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

  • Mayonnaise

    150 ml

  • Pork

    700 g

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Prepare sauce: in a deep dish, press the mayonnaise and slowly add the spices, salt, pepper and mustard. Attention! A number of these ingredients may vary - it's a matter of taste. Grind the garlic - I do this with blender.

Now coat the meat on all sides with sauce and garlic. Spread on a foil and zamatyvaem. Bake in the oven at 180' C for 1.5 hours (if meat is a larger piece - then bake longer).

Wait until cool and cut into slices. Best combined with fresh vegetables and herbs.
