Cooking
All the vegetables wash and peel.
In a meat grinder grind the tomatoes, garlic and all the peppers.
Twisted all the vegetables place in a large pan; mix and added sugar, salt. Pour in the oil. Put on the stove, bring to boil and switch to low heat.
Slice it finely, dice the eggplant and immediately pour them in a pan and add honey.
Cook 40 minutes on low heat.
Finely chopped the greens and added after 40 minutes of cooking. Stir and heat 2 minutes.
The last step is to pour vinegar and warm 1-2 minutes.
