Cooking
Put on to cook rice. I have a basmati rice TM Mistral. Fish is also boiled in slightly salted water with a Bay leaf.
Cooked rice take out, allow to drain excess fluid.

Add ground fish and green onions.

Heat the pan vegetable oil, fry the balls on all sides, turning gently.
Spread on a cloth, removing the excess oil.
