Cooking
These are our main ingredients. Meat - pork loin on the bone. The skin to fat it is necessary to make an incision with a sharp knife in the form of strips or squares. This is important for better penetration of the marinade.
Prepare the marinade. To do this, grate the zest and squeeze the juice of 1/2 lemon, and mix with grain mustard, pepper, chopped garlic and yogurt. The meat on all sides sprinkle with salt and smear with the mixture. Wrap in foil and put into the fridge for a day. Meat should be skin side up, foil must not touch it.
For the glaze, mix the honey, sauce-marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman" and cognac.
Bake pork loin in foil directly in the oven at t 180° within 1.5 - 2 hours. Remove the foil well to coat with glaze and return to oven for 10 minutes for the formation of a stunning Golden brown.
