Mint cream
Extremely delicate, elegant dessert with a wonderful aroma of mint. Elegant cream color and interesting taste gives a touch of soy sauce "Sweet&am p;quot; Kikkoman.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Mint

    1 coup

  • Gelatin

    6 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    80 g

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    200 g

Mint wash, dry, separate the leaves. In a saucepan pour the milk, put the mint leaves, bring to boil, turn off the heat and let stand 15 minutes. Soak gelatine in 3 tbsp water.

Strain the milk through a sieve and dissolve in it the soaked gelatin.

Mint to cool and finely chop.

Beat the eggs, yolks and sugar. Slowly pour the warm milk with dissolved gelatin and again beat well.

Add the soy sauce.

Whip the cream, add the chopped mint and combine with the egg-milk mixture.

Molds rinsed with cold water, put them in our cream and put in refrigerator for freezing. The cooking cream is indicated without the account of time to solidify.
