Cooking
Prepare the choux dough. Boil water with margarine and salt.
In the boiling mixture add the flour and quickly stir, so the flour was on the carpet.
Add the eggs one at a time, mix well. My balls were large so it took 4 pieces if they are small, you will need to take 5 pieces.
Take a detachable mould ( grease it with butter or put parchment), squeeze two circles next to each other and the top third to the crown was thicker. Some of the pastry to leave about a third of. I have a form of 22 cm
The surface of the dough to grease with egg and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
Bake in the oven at t=200 C for about 30 minutes.
Squeeze the dough into a ring, stepping back from the edge of the form 1.5 cm.
Bake as well as ring nuts.
Ring nuts are cut into two parts.
The lower part of the cut ring to lubricate any jam, preferably with acidity. I had an orange.
On the lower circle to squeeze a little cream.
Put the circle that was baked separately.
Now the whole circle should be covered with cream. Melt some chocolate and pour the cream.
Put the walnut top. The cake is ready, help yourself.
