Choux ring with walnuts and cream
You like eclairs? And if you try to make them in the form of cake! A cake in the shape of a ring of choux pastry will look very nice on the festive table.

Ingredients

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Walnuts

    60 g

  • Dark chocolate

    50 g

  • Jam

    70 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

Prepare the choux dough. Boil water with margarine and salt.

In the boiling mixture add the flour and quickly stir, so the flour was on the carpet.
