Cooking
Carrots grate on a grater. Carrots to shift in a deep saucepan, pour the milk ( leaving 100 ml milk) and cook on low heat under a lid for 20 minutes.
Then add butter and jam. Cook for another 10 minutes. Blend carrot mass in a blender.
The starch mix with the flour and dissolve it in the remaining 100 ml milk. Pour a thin stream into carrot mixture. and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Isolate nuts in a coffee grinder and add to the carrot weight. Remove from heat, put in molds and chill.
