Delicious, tender, flavorful, sweet, juicy pie from pears. What am I talking about - come, see, try!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    330 g

  • Sugar

    330 g

  • Pear

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Coffee natural

    1 tsp

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Vanilla

Melt 110g. oil with 110. sugar and pour into the form. By the way,the form we suggest to take with a hole in the middle, because the middle of the cake came out a little wet.(I unfortunately this form no, but somebody has to take it). Pear, I had a small, finely cut into slices.Pour over oil.
