Suggest gingerbread bake two cakes. Quick, tasty and doesn't burn the top.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

  • Cherry

    0.5 cup

  • Mac

    0.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Glaze

    1 pack

  • Pineapple

In a bowl pour the sugar, pour water and vegetable oil, a little heat, add the honey. Stir until the sugar and honey have dissolved. Mix in separate bowl the baking soda, cocoa or coffee, spices, then add this to the butter mixture, water and honey and thoroughly mix with your hands to avoid lumps. Add nuts, poppy seeds and dried cherries. Then the flour and baking powder. Need so much flour that the dough resembled a thick cream.

Bake in form, lined with baking paper or greased and floured, for 20 minutes at 200*C.

To coat the cake with jam, put the second cake on top and coat with jam.

Sprinkle the gingerbread with icing and decorate with pieces of pineapple.
