Casserole with green beans
Very simple and quick recipe for a family dinner. Will be tasty and satisfying, follow me!

Ingredients

  • Green beans

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    100 g

  • Black pepper

  • Basil

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

The main component of the dish is green beans. Dip it in boiling and salted water, boil for 10 minutes.

Peel the onions and cut a large half-rings, fry 5 minutes in a pan in vegetable oil. Add to the onions chopped stalk of celery, not forgetting to season with salt, fry all together for another 3-5 minutes.

Form of grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle 1 tbsp of breadcrumbs. For filling, mix until smooth egg and cream, add semolina, salt, black pepper, dried Basil. Let stand for 5 minutes.
