Cooking
In the beef add the garlic passed through a press, onion, pepper, thyme, paprika.
Add the soy sauce. Mix thoroughly.
Peeled potatoes to make a through hole using the installer to remove the seed boxes of apples. Or with a knife.
Midway 2 potatoes RUB on a small grater and add to the stuffing. Mix well.
Stuff the potatoes with this mixture and spread in a baking dish. The remains of the forcemeat to form meatballs. Large onion cut into half rings, add to the potatoes. Add tomato juice, soy sauce and pepper. Cover with foil and put in preheated to 200 degrees oven for 20 minutes.
Then remove foil, flip potatoes and send another 20 minutes in the oven.
