Easter cottage cheese with dried fruit and nuts
Every family at Easter Sunday prepare cottage cheese Easter. Easter this recipe do every year, I love it.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    1 kg

  • Raisins

    0.5 cup

  • Dried apricots

    9 piece

  • Sour cream

    350 g

  • Vanilla

    2 g

  • Brown sugar

    300 g

  • Walnuts

    5 Tbsp

For the preparation of the Passover, I used cottage cheese. Cheese is good mash, adding sour cream and vanilla. In a creamy cheese mass to pour the sugar, stir until sugar is dissolved (you can use a mixer or blender). I stirred with a spoon. Rinse the raisins and add to the mass.

Fill the curd mass a form, wrap with gauze, put in a plate, put on top of a light load. Send Easter day in the fridge, periodically merging from the plate escaping fluid.

In a day take a load off, gently loosen the edges of the cheesecloth, put a plate on top of the form and turn the form carefully remove.
