Cookies made from rice Krispies with pepper
This is the cookie for the Amateur, for real gourmets. Sweet biscuits with a subtle taste of pepper.

Ingredients

  • Rice flakes

    80 g

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Flour

    50 g

  • Vanilla

  • Coconut milk

    100 ml

Cooking

For biscuits we'll need rice cereal "Mistral"

Grind the flakes with a blender into flour

Mix rice cereal with wheat flour

Vanilla and powdered sugar

Separately crushed black pepper

Then fry it on a dry pan for 1 minute. To the pepper add the squeezed lemon juice and fry for 1 more minute.

Add the pepper and coconut milk into the flour mixture. Stir gently work the batter.

Dessert spoon to spread the dough at a small distance from each other on the cooking paper. Bake in a preheated 150*C oven until Golden brown (about 10 minutes)
