My dessert debut. After trying this cake for a "sweet" party, could not ask for a recipe from my girlfriend, it struck me as insanely delicious along with the rest of the cake: soft, moist inside and self-sufficient, without the need of cream!

Cooking
The main ingredient of this cake are biscotti "Amaretti" - that they impart an almond taste.
Grind biscuits to a state of fine crumbs.
Beat the eggs with the sugar and pour the cream.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave.
Add to mixture of dry ingredients: cookies, crackers and pour a glass of anise liqueur.
Then add the melted chocolate, baking powder and chopped into fine crumbs nuts.
Place the dough in the form, pre-zastelil her confectionery paper. Bake in a preheated 180 C oven for about 25-30 min, depending on the features of the latter.
The finished cake with a strong almond taste of Amaretto and chocolate it turns out is not dry, on the contrary!
Soft, moist inside, flavorful and DELICIOUS - definitely worthy to be the hero of your sweet table!
