Description
Salad of boiled cod with potatoes and vegetables was very hearty, and can easily replace a full meal for lunch or dinner.

Cooking
Radish washed, cut off the tails, cut cubes and put in a deep bowl.
Small cucumbers cut off the tails and cut them in cubes.
Bulgarian pepper cleaned of seeds and partitions. Also cut cubes.
The cherry tomatoes cut into four parts.
Boiled potatoes cleaned and cut cubes. Shifted it into the bowl.
Poured into a bowl with the chopped vegetables, salt and mix the salad. To kill the smell of cod, I've added fragrant Basil.
Made the salad and mixed it again. ( Dressing: butter, horseradish, lemon juice. For fans of the more spicy you can add red hot pepper.)
Bowls of salad were placed in salad bowls. The salad is very tasty and looks delicious!
