Salad
Decided to lose extra pounds. Had to revise your menu. Writing and your recipes. Most of all I love all kinds of salads! After celebrating the New year, looking into the fridge, found the unused vegetables. Remembering, as my American son-in-law was making salad of cauliflower, decided to make my own. And here is the result! It's really tasty! Granddaughter eats for both cheeks))) And most importantly, I have never seen this combination though, maybe I flatter myself?)))

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    1 plug

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Pine nuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Oyster sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

Cooking

Vegetables wash, dry.

Cauliflower (raw), broken down into heads and grate on a coarse grater.

A big bunch of frisee ( we call it oduvanchikova) I cut into 3-4 pieces

Small head red onion cut into thin half-rings.

Onion scalded with boiling water and give to drain the water.

Pine nuts fry in a pan.

Putting it all together.

Dressing for any vegetable salad-your favorite! I love the combination of oyster sauce and vegetable oil. Daughter-soy "Kikkoman"+rust. oil. And the husband does not change his beloved mayonnaise. All delicious. In the photo oyster sauces.
