Cottage cheese cheesecake Cheese
If You have a desire to make Cheesecake, and the nearest store was no special dessert of cream cheese, you can try and curds ;-)

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Corn starch

    2 Tbsp

  • The lime zest

    0.5 piece

  • Mango

    1 piece

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Juice

    200 ml

  • Curd

    400 g

  • Cookies

    300 g

Cooking

Crush cookies in a food processor into fine crumbs.

Melt the butter. And slowly pour it in a cookie until it's all wet. Mix.

The resulting mass put into the form and tamp the glass.

Here's a curd I had.

Cottage cheese, eggs, sour cream, lime peel (can be lemon), starch, mix until smooth with a mixer at slow speed.

Fill the form and put in preheated oven to 175 C and bake for 30-35 minutes (without the water bath - we get a bright top of the cake and brown barrel).

For filling make pudding with fruit. It is possible to take juice and any fruit-berries. I had a mango. And I most of the cut and the rest made puree. So... dilute the starch in cold water. Add in puree (juice). There is polypetide that no taste of starch.

And here the Cheese is baked. Gently spread it on the pudding with fruit. Sent this beauty in the fridge until firm. The night was late there.

Ready! Tender, delicious curd Cheesecake. Eat and enjoy!

PS very tasty and amazingly it turns out with strawberries (frozen). After thawing the liquid and will be the basis for jelly.
