Delicious, incredible chocolate baskets. Perfect for the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Dark chocolate

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    5 tsp

  • Vanilla

    8 g

  • Cream

    170 ml

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • White chocolate

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    50 g

  • Hazelnuts

    24 piece

Dough: In a suitable bowl, beat up the whisk soft plums.butter, eggs, vanilla, sugar.

Sift in the cocoa mixture and whisk.

Mix melted and cooled to room temperature, the chocolate (50g).

Add the sifted flour and knead soft dough. Take him 30-40 minutes in the refrigerator.

Forms for baskets oil drain.butter and a thin layer with your hands massage gently mold the dough. With a fork, make several punctures (to avoid swelling of the dough during baking). Bake until cooked - 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Cool and remove the basket from the forms. (Very easy to remove!!!)

Filling: Mix in saucepan the milk and half the cream, the remaining chocolate - bring to a boil, stirring constantly, wait for complete dissolution of chocolate. Cool the mixture to room temperature. Whisk remaining cream in a solid foam and gently mix it to the cooled chocolate mixture.

Roast the hazelnuts and remove it from the shell.

With a spoon fill baskets chocolate mass.

On top pour the melted and cooled white chocolate. (This step is not mandatory!!!!) Great taste and will be without white chocolate!

Fill the pastry syringe with cream and apply a spiral pattern, a toothpick, and make stains.
